Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation of 70% in small capacity stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures and 30% in 500L French oak barrels. Aging 70% in stainless steel and 30% in 500L French oak barrels for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, with nuances of wood to stand out with the agitation. Mouth with aromas of tropical fruit where mango and pineapple are more evident, together with more specific aromas of honeysuckle and ripe grapefruit. An extremely balanced wine with excellent acidity and a balance between minerality and fruit, with a long finish with a wooden finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and 100% fermentation in small stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months.
