Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. It is defined as a classic Douro, with great seduction, very precise aroma definition, a unique natural freshness, silky texture, great balance and contained sumptuousness. Contains Sulfites.

Bright and strong dark red. Aroma of notes of violet, bergamot and plum. An explosion of flavors, with sweet and attractive fruit, citrus prints and a long finish. Contains sulfites.

Wine from the areas of Cotas and Douro Ervedosa do Douro, aged between 30 and 60 years, planted on terraces and wide terraces, above 400 meters. Bright garnet color, high aromas of red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. Exuberant on the palate, but with brilliant acidity to balance cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlaying the fruit core in a juicy, fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form . Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential. Contains Sulfites.

The Monologue Chardonnay P706, is a monocasta wine whose grapes come from Quinta dos Espinhosos. The grapes are cultivated using sustainable farming practices and the vineyards are converted to organic production. It is a wine with great complexity and elegance. Straw yellow color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Vocation to the table! This wine will evolve well in the next three to five years. This wine accompanies especially well fatty fish dishes and poultry. Contains Sulfites.

It presents a citrus color, alive and bright, has a fine and delicate aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits and touches of aromatic herbs. It is a very fresh white, with an adequate and balanced mouth volume, allowing an evident aging in the bottle, its complexity gives it a profile between a DOC and a Reserva. Contains sulfites.
