To craft our gin we vapour infuse our botanicals, never ever boil them. By distilling our ingredients this way, we’re able to draw out every last drop of their distinctive flavours.Bombay Dry is still based on the same time-honoured recipe from 1761. Our unique vapour infusion process, used to distil all Bombay gins, delicately extracts the best from each botanical. Jinzu
This gin is known for its taste and creaminess. The plants used in its distillation are of Japanese origin, such as cherry blossom and lemon yuzu - a citrus fruit flavored with orange and mandarin and which was the inspiration for the name "Jinzu". The recommendation of the breeder: 50 ml Jinzu, 10 ml Vermouth dry, 5 ml Umeshu (Japanese liquor).
Beefeater London Dry
Considered one of the biggest brands in the world, Gin Beefeater is composed of nine ingredients: juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, licorice, bitter almonds, orris, oranges, and lemon peel. The aroma begins smooth but quickly becomes quite hot, with a strong juniper nose, followed by a scent of citrus and spices. In the mouth dominate the juniper notes followed by a touch of citrus and spices. Can be consumed with Martini or in cocktails

Plymouth Gin is produced at Black Friars Distillery in Plymouth, the oldest working distillery in England.Remaining loyal to the original recipe created in 1793, this wonderful spirit is distilled from a blend of seven botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol. Look out for the hint of coriander and cardamom and wait for the sweet bite of juniper and citrus.It's ideal when kept simple. We recommend serving Plymouth Gin with tonic water over ice and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
