This gin is known for its taste and creaminess. The plants used in its distillation are of Japanese origin, such as cherry blossom and lemon yuzu – a citrus fruit flavored with orange and mandarin and which was the inspiration for the name “Jinzu”. The recommendation of the breeder: 50 ml Jinzu, 10 ml Vermouth dry, 5 ml Umeshu (Japanese liquor).

Beefeater Crown Jewel
A rare bottle originally made by Beefeater in 1993, which was discontinued in 2009 with the introduction of Beefeater 24. A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.

Hayman's Gently Rested Gin is wonderfully smooth, rounded and well balanced, with spicy and spicy notes from the dominant botanists - juniper and coriander - increasing your individuality. Its slightly spicy finish is an excellent combination for smooth and creamy Wigmore cheese, although it robustly resists even the strongest flavors.
The Antiquary 15 Anos
Made with Scotland's most notable malt and grain whiskeys, all matured for over fifteen years. On the nose, aromas of fresh and juicy red fruits stand out, such as gala apple, red grape and pomegranate. The high malt content of this blend is clear with notes of sweet barley and honey. Over time, these fresh sweet notes give way to a pronounced cinnamon spice. The fresh fruit on the nose continues on the palate and becomes slightly darker, with flavors of fresh plum and cherry. This is followed by citrus, similar to candied orange peel, emerging before a final pinch of cinnamon. The finish is clean with continuous apple and grape flavors.

Delicate and floral, this elegant VSOP matured in our oak barrels for many years before reaching the maturity required for assembly. It presents an elegant and floral bouquet of aromas. In the mouth we find sweet notes of honey and cinnamon, and other richer notes of chocolate and leather.
