Each bottle of Sparkling Elpídio Cuvée requires a special and appropriate moment that can be for two or at times of celebration, awakening the pleasure and the passion, the senses and the emotions. A special moment that must be lived every day at all times. Aroma elegant, highlighting the delicate notes of fruits of white pulp, some mineral and slight biscuit. With a very fine bubble, it is in the mouth very velvety and in perfect balance with the refreshing acidity, giving to this sparkling persistence and refinement. Contains sulfites.
Reguengos Trifolium Grande Reserva Bruto White
The grapes from the vindima dos nossos associados are unloaded and immediately disengaged and drained. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (15°C) which lasts approximately 12 days. At the 2nd fermentation by the «Traditional Method» decorated in a bottle for 3 months, later the wine reaches a stage of 10 years at the “dégorgement”. A clear-looking wine with a fine and persistent ball, with a defined color, aroma of dried fruits and a wrapper in citrus and floral notes with a great complexity, volume and persistence in the mouth. Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.

Freixenet Prosecco is unique and delicious. The whole grape is lightly pressed and the must therefore begins a process of slow cold fermentation. In this way, they better preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the grape. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result, after a few weeks, is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with natural sugars. It presents a straw yellow color with vivid effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus fruits, apples and flowers. In the mouth it is clean and fresh with ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The end is fresh and light. Contains sulfites.
