Sidónio de Sousa Brut Nature White

The grapes are unloaded into the membrane press, where they are crushed and the must is extracted. The must is cooled, decanted and transferred to a stainless steel tank where it will undergo fermentation, with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine naturally settles in the tank, being cleaned at the end of the year, when it is prepared to carry out the bottling of sparkling wine, with free yeasts. The bottles of sparkling wine go to the cellar to carry out the fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature and in the absence of light. After fermentation, the bottles are kept in the cellar, where they are staged until regrinding and degorgement are carried out without the addition of sugar, at which point the product is ready for commercialization. Young, slightly golden in color, fruity with an elegant aroma, very fine and velvety bubble that melts in the mouth, with a present acidity that gives it a good presence in the mouth, in a creamy, fresh and balanced set. Hehn Bruto White

The grapes, harvested in 20 kg boxes, were gently crushed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press, and the must was immediately pumped into stainless steel fermentation vats, where the fermentation of the base wine took place. The wine was then bottled and placed in a cool cellar for the second fermentation according to the classic method, after aging in the bottle, the “dégorgement à la glace” is carried out. It has a lemon yellow color. It shows delicate notes of peach and apricot supported by a citrus freshness and a smooth brioche. Very fresh and crunchy, fruity and elegant, leaving a delicate peach flavor in the mouth. Contains sulfites.

Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White

Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
