It presents a good balance between acidity and alcohol, where the fruity aroma of the Alvarinho grape persists. It should be served between 8ºC and 10ºC, being ideal to accompany roasts, red meat, suckling pig, cheeses and oysters. This superior quality sparkling wine comes from Alvarinho grapes harvested on a small plot, located at an altitude of between 300 and 350 meters, aged close to 20 years, protected from north winds and on granite soils. providing the development of small berries, with a thick skin and slow maturation, in order to preserve all the aromatic complexity of the grape. These grapes are harvested earlier so that the total acidity is higher and its probable level is no more than 11.7%, resulting in a fresh, light sparkling wine, with fine and persistent bubbles. Quinta do Boição Reserve Arinto White
Total destemming, light pneumatic pressing, natural static decantation and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C, to obtain the sparkling base wine. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method. Stage in cellar for 1 year in contact with the lees. Citrine yellow color, discreet aroma, with toasted notes on a citrus background. Typical acidity of the variety, with buttery nuances.
Quinta do Boição Arinto Camarate Brut Rose
Aged in the cellar for 1 year, in contact with the lees. Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static decanting and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C, to obtain the sparkling base wine. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method. Partridge eye color, aromas of red fruit jam, with hints of green apple and white flowers. Mild flavor of red fruits.
