The second fermentation followed the traditional method of fermentation in bottle, which was held in a cool cellar for 24 months. Light and refined salmon color. Delicate and engaging aromas of apricot, some tangerine and slight toast. Lovely harmony between acidity and structure. Fine bubble offering complexity and freshness. Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 Rose
Pol Roger Rosé Vintage is based on our Brut Vintage (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay) to which, before bottling and the second fermentation, around 15% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from the best crus of the Reims Mountain region. Only produced in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is aged in our cellars before being released to the market.

Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties, it has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and medium-sized bubbles, forming a nice crown. Fresh and clean on the nose. Floral aromas, white flowers (very subtle acacia) and fresh fruit (green apple), subtle citrus aromas (lemon). Good structure in the mouth, refreshing, smooth acidity, good carbonic behavior in the mouth and with a very attractive floral finish.
