The grapes, harvested in 20 kg boxes, were gently crushed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press, and the must was immediately pumped into stainless steel fermentation vats, where the fermentation of the base wine took place. The wine was then bottled and placed in a cool cellar for the second fermentation according to the classic method, after aging in the bottle, the “dégorgement à la glace” is carried out. It has a lemon yellow color. It shows delicate notes of peach and apricot supported by a citrus freshness and a smooth brioche. Very fresh and crunchy, fruity and elegant, leaving a delicate peach flavor in the mouth. Contains sulfites.

It is Murganheira's new top sparkling wine, which seeks to symbolize the whole philosophy of the house and is only sold in the company's store. Made from an assemblage of Pinot (Noir, Blanc and Meunier) it reveals impressive depth and aromatic complexity, with biscuits, brioche, citrus, spices, intertwined in a set of great refinement. The fruit has remarkable quality, the fine bubble crumbles in the creamy mouth, the wine shines brightly in freshness, sophistication, class. Only 1,000 magnum bottles of this precious were tasted. Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto White
Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.

Soalheiro Pet Nat Alvarinho White
Looking at the sky is the oldest tool in winemaking. Pet Nat Alvarinho is a sparkling wine inspired by the ancestral method, a wine with a natural movement and elegant bubbling. The vinification process, with little intervention, resorts to the end of the first alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, without resorting to dégorgement or the addition of sugars. Innovation has led Soalheiro to wines that in the past seemed unlikely to experiment with the Alvarinho variety. Our Pet Nat confirms the elasticity of the variety and proposes the relaxed discovery of a light and youthful sparkling wine. It is a fresh and light wine, with a soft touch at the end of the mouth, due to a spontaneous fermentation stop.
Soalheiro Barrica Bruto White
The Sparkling Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Barrica ferments and stews in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low and constant temperature for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit. The elaboration of a sparkling wine from the Alvarinho grape variety demands a careful selection of the grapes. Our tradition was based on the neutral fermentation in stainless steel to obtain the base wine with more fruit intensity. Soalheiro Bruto Barrica ferments and staggers in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second bottle fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho grape variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit to which the sparkling classic Soalheiro has accustomed us. Perrier Jouet Grand Brut White
