This wine is a batch of 19 harvests in which the youngest crop is at least 20 years old and the oldest one is about 80 years old, resulting in a complex, elegant, aromatic wine with a long end of trial. After receiving the grapes in the cellar, the probable grade of the grapes is analyzed so that the addition of brandy is carried out at the optimum time. Due to tradition, the skin contact is 5 months. In March, the masses are pressed, and the wine that results is filled with the tear wine. Tarnished on hardwood hulls.
