Moscatel Alambre 20 Anos
29,94 €
The Alambre 20 Anos is made from the Moscatel grape variety, a type of grape known for its fruity, honeyed character with tropical fruit aromas, setting Moscatel wines apart from any other type of wine. This wine is a blend of 19 harvests, where the youngest harvest is at least 20 years old and the oldest is close to 80 years, resulting in a complex, aromatic, elegant wine with a long finish. After the grapes arrive at the winery, their probable alcohol content is analysed so that the addition of brandy can be carried out at the ideal moment. By tradition, skin contact lasts 5 months. In March, the must is pressed, and the resulting wine is blended with the free-run wine. Aged in used oak barrels. No bottle ageing as it does not evolve after bottling. Contains sulphites.
