Discover aged excellence in every sip of Barbeito Verdelho Old Reserve 10 Years Old. This wine, aged in Canteiro for a decade in French oak casks, is the result of a careful selection of wines from our warehouses, ensuring balanced levels of sugar and acidity.
With a discreet and polished wood, this Verdelho reveals engaging notes of ripe citrus, delicate flowers, raisins and honey. Its soft texture and mineral touch are complemented by a fresh and energetic acidity, resulting in a long and persistent finish that captivates the senses.
Coming from several quality vineyards in the São Vicente and Prazeres area, the grapes are pressed in a continuous press, with fermentation interrupted by the addition of wine alcohol (96%). Blandy’s Rainwater Medium Dry
Blandy's Rainwater underwent fermentation in the absence of films with natural yeasts, at temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC, in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After about 4 days, it was fortified with wine alcohol (96%), thus stopping fermentation when the desired level of sweetness was reached. It was transferred to greenhouse tanks, where it was subjected to a cyclical heating and cooling process, with temperatures between 45ºC and 50ºC, for three months. Completed the stuffing, the wine matured in American oak casks for three years. Then it was filtered and clarified before being bottled. It is a semi-dry Madeira, delicious when consumed fresh before meals, but it also goes well with dessert. Its elegant and refined bouquet makes this wine universal. Contains sulfites.
H.M.Borges Sercial 15 Anos
Exclusively Sercial from different years of harvest and with an average age of 15 years. Vinification of open spouts with fermentation and temperature control. Aging in 650 liter oak barrels. Light amber color with golden highlights. Woody and refreshing aroma characteristic of this variety. Notes of orange iodine, nuts and toast. In the mouth it is well structured and has a complex aromatic concentration. Wooden notes, with firm tannins that, combined with the dry characteristics of the grape, transmit different tastes, predominating the dry fruits. Contains sulfites.
