An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling. Citrus yellow color, aroma with the profile of Alvarinho Soalheiro Classical, intense and tropical with mineral notes. Contains Sulfites.

It is presented with soft aromas and velvety palate, denouncing its origins, which makes it surprisingly pleasant. It is a product of high quality and refinement. It's a timbre for special moments. Ready to be enjoyed after a good meal, before and after breakfast. Contains Sulfites.

Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.

It has a golden yellow color, with greenish lavas, complex aromas revealing fruity characters with records of passion fruit and apricot, floral characters like linden and honey. In the mouth, along with a remarkable elegance, it presents a complex, firm and persistent structure. Contains Sulfites.

Vinha Grande Branco has a bright citrus color. Its aroma reveals good complexity, with white fruits such as pears and melons, stone fruits such as peaches and apricots, light floral notes and discrete wood, very well integrated. In the mouth has a good volume, balanced acidity that gives it good freshness, once again present notes of white fruits as well as the wood very well wrapped. Its end is long and harmonious. The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After fermentation in the cold for 48 hours, the wine ferments for the next three weeks in steel tanks at a temperature of 14 ° C. Color golden green. Exuberant aroma of tropical fruits. Taste rich in fruit, fine, elegant and with a good balance of acidity. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes, exclusively from the Encruzado variety, were harvested manually in the second week of September for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The decanted and pressed grape must decanted at low temperature in small stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. After being cleaned it was fermented in French oak barrels of 500L. During the fermentation was done battonage, the wine remained in the barrels for another 5 months. Color clear, with greenish citrus lavas. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and dried linden flower. In the mouth we find the same fresh fruit and the typical crusty minerality in balance with fresh acidity. Contains Sulfites.
