Total destemming, cold skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Intense aroma, with predominance of rose and citrus notes. Very intense flavor in the mouth where slight toast nuances predominate, very fresh and persistent. Contains sulfites.
