Following fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, developing unmatched complexity and structure. The outcome is a wine with an intense garnet color and rich aromas of tobacco and spices, preparing the palate for an intense and enveloping experience. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with distinct nuances of chocolate, culminating in a harmonious and prolonged finish. This edition is limited to just 4500 bottles, making it an exclusive addition to any collector's assortment. Perfect for pairing with traditional Portuguese dishes such as chanfana and feijoada, this wine should be enjoyed at 18ºC to fully appreciate its qualities.

Open citrine green color, intense aroma of tropical fruits and barrel notes. Macio flavor, fruity with barrel present. Total disengagement, static decantation and fermentation at 14ºC. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, cold skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Straw color with hints of citrus. Fresh and intense aroma of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit. Taste of high acidity well integrated by the greasiness, notes of coconut and vanilla. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
