Cono Sur Bicicleta Cabernet Sauvignon Red
Maturation 20% in barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks for 9 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright ruby color with violet highlights. Its intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as plum and raspberry, touches of cocoa, tobacco and soft coffee. It is a wine of medium body with soft tannins, balanced with marked end. Harmonizes with beef and sheep, pasta with red sauce and yellow cheese.

Fermentation takes place in new 550 liter French oak barrels in a temperature-controlled cellar at 18ºC. About 6 months in French oak barrels, on the lees of fermentation accompanied by batonnage, to provide the integration between the wood and the wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. After filling, it remained in the bottle for 6 months, during which it had a controlled maturation that promoted the characteristic complexity of this wine. It presents a straw color with greenish tinges. Aromas of white plum and ripe lemon, fresh almond, spices and white chocolate. Rich and intense palate, where white flesh fruit stands out, complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Intense, with an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Organic wine: Manual harvest for small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC. The grapes are pressed without crushing and without destemming under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, being responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. The entire wine is fermented in used French oak and remains there after a small racking over fine lees with periodic “battonage” stirring until the final blend is made. 6 months in French oak barrels, fermentation and agitation stage with fine lees, coming from the very sandy Upper Douro granitic soil at an average altitude of 575 meters. It has a citrus and mineral aroma, grapefruit notes, discrete exotic fruits and country flowers. Very persistent and fresh mouth with very lively citrus notes, resulting in a very elegant set.
Castello D’Alba DOC Red
Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, fermentation in small stainless steel vats, with fermentation at 24 ºC. Controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and smooth wines. Partial stage for a short period of 3 months in American and French oak. Aromas of red fruits and spices reveal a gentle maceration in order to preserve the typical notes of the grape varieties and make the wine ready to be drunk after bottling. Very typical aromas of Douro grape varieties, sweet notes of rockrose, flowers, blackberries and spices contribute to its aromatic complexity, in the mouth it is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins. Castello D’Alba Reserva Red
Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by grape varieties and batches, so that from a very early age a rigorous selection can be made that will later give rise to the “blend”, very traditional from the old world, reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines for blending. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, with temperatures around 28 ºC. Smooth and controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and aromatic wines. Part of the lot is aged for a period of 12 months in predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American wood. Intense aroma of great complexity, aromas of forest fruits and cistus from Touriga Franca, spices and red fruits from Tinta Roriz and very fresh and elegant violet floral notes from Touriga Nacional. Valle Pradinhos Reserva Red
Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily reruns, Post-fermentative maceration. Stacked in oak barrels for 14 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by cold. You can create a deposit. Vigorous with good intensity and complexity where stand out the very mature black wild fruits, slight floral notes and a touch of spices and vanilla. Contains Sulfites.
Dona Ermelinda Reserva Red
Wine with garnet color almost opaque, with aromas to remember black fruits, spices and smoke, with some compote due to the great maturation reached. In the mouth is a dense, full wine, with great structure, tannins present but integrated and soft. Persistent and very pleasant long finish. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by prolonged skin maceration of 20 days. Stage of 12 months in French oak barrels followed by 8 months in bottle. Crochet Red
Crochet is a four-handed wine that faithfully translates the colossal and untamed spirit of the Douro. A wine made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a relationship of deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a sensitivity and visions similar to what the Douro can and can offer. Quinta das Bágeiras Reserva Red
Some of its Baga grapes come from old vines, but in years when there is no red wine cellar and there is a red reserve, all the grapes from the old vines are intended for this wine. These grapes are fermented between 5 to 8 days in open winery and without destemming (the berries are not removed from the bunch). Then a reassembly is done with wood masses several times a day until they reach the correct intensity. Then the wine finishes the fermentation in old wooden barrels. While it rests it is cleaned and it stays in the same barrels about 18 months. It is bottled without any glue or filtration. All these processes are done manually. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Vallado Superior Red
Each portion was vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and scheduled reassembly. This wine aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels. A surprising wine, bright in color, with great aromatic intensity. Exuberant and mysterious, it combines the floral aromas typical of the Touriga Nacional with traces of exotic fruit. Tannins of great quality, intense but silky. It produces an end of bocafresco and citric, associated with the presence of wild fruits. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado DOC Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with automatic reassembly programmed. Approximately 75% of the wine aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats and the remainder in 225 lt French oak barrels of the 3rd and 4th year. Concentrated aroma, highlighting the ripe red fruits, rockrose and violet. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado DOC White
Floral aroma and very ripe fruit with some notes of melon. Very mineral and fresh, with balanced and persistent flavor with citric notes. The grapes, coming from new vines, were vinified in the open spout system. The fermentation lasted about 1 month with controlled temperature between 14º to 16º C.

Vinified at moderate temperatures, these grapes gave rise to a wine with an aromatic profile, marked by the extraordinary Tinta Roriz, which continues to be responsible for the intense aroma of red fruit, namely cherries and some blackberries.
