Monólogo Arinto is a monocasta wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot of Quinta de Santa Teresa, using sustainable farming practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a fresh wine with delicate aromas and good acidity. Citrine color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Quinta do Ameal Loureiro White
Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.
