Fresh and elegant, this wine of intense but delicate tannins expresses the whole character of the Romaneira vineyards. It has soft notes of licorice, which come from the wild indigo plants that exist in Romaneira. On the palate reveals intense fruit and a wild character, marked by spices. Contains Sulfites.
Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2015 White
Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée was aged for 6 years in cellars before being released on the market. This cuvée immediately captivates in the glass, with an attractive pale gold color and lingering strands of fine bubbles. On the nose, notes of buttery dough, meringue and white flowers, underpinned by a peppery freshness. On the palate, the cuvée is mouth-filling and opulent yet restrained. Complex aromas of citrus and brioche balance beautifully. The finish is stunning and seductive with hints of dried peach and hazelnut.

Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Median ruby color, clear and deep aspect. In the nose is attractive, but something enigmatic, creating strong expectation for mouthpap. In the palate reveals itself amazing, except the freshness of acidity and the silky texture, checked by the berry, the density of the tannins, typical of the red dog, and the perfume, distinction and complexity brought by the National Touriga. Harmony is almost perfect and the gastronomic sense and the guard potential are guaranteed. It will be worth forgetting some bottles in the corner of the ballast, to live joys in a few years. Quinta de São José Grande Reserva Magnum Red
Purple color and very deep, very complex and distinct aromas dominated by the fruity and floral character with spicy, fresh notes of mint from very discrete wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high level tannins that give it a long finish of mouth.

The wine was vinified in conical stem vats equipped with temperature control (25-28 ºC). Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Beautiful color with a vibrant, elegant and fresh fruit aroma with notes of wild berries and currant. Well cut and polished in the mouth, has a nice structure with a good volume of mouth some notes of very well integrated wood. It is an enveloping wine, but at the same time with a freshness and purity of fruit of note, which give it a charm of its own. It is ready to be consumed but has a good potential for bottle aging. Adega de Borba Reserva 3x Red
With grapes from the most typical Alentejo grape varieties produced in the sub-region of Borba, the label Cortiça wine was produced, a true ex-libris from the Adega de Borba. Coming from old vines, the grapes had a strict control in the evolution of the maturation, having been harvested in small quantities. In the Cellar, after the destemming and soft crushing of the grape, the alcoholic fermentation began, which lasted for about 10-15 days with the temperature controlled at 24ºC, for greater extraction of the aromas and fruity flavors of the grape. In order to increase the polyphenolic complexity, the tannins and the structure of the wine, it remained in the vat in a post-fermentative maceration process. The malolactic fermentation occurred later in stainless steel containers. To enhance and elevate its organoleptic characteristics, the wine aged 12 months in 3rd and 4th year barrels, French oak and exotic wood barrels. followed by a six-month bottling stage in the basement. Aroma fine and elegant, suggesting black fruits, compote and white chocolate. Contains Sulfites.

Mariposa Reserva Magnum Red
The grapes were harvested manually into small boxes of 20 kg, with selection in the vineyard. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a traditional granite mill, where they macerate for about 48 hours, with temperature control. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, and pumping over is done by foot treading. This wine ages for 1 year in used 225 and 500L French oak barrels. It presents a deep ruby color, with lilac hints. Complex aroma, with notes of wild berries and spices, showing a very present Touriga Nacional and well integrated barrel notes. In the mouth it is full and ripe, with firm but satin tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Gradil Maria do Carmo Red
Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 8 days in tapered vats at a temperature of 25ºC. The aging took place in French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters for 12 months. 100% Alicante Bouschet, is a wine different from the established standards, which does not follow rules or conventions, imposing, but at the same time distinct. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in open winemaking with 20% of stink and steps on foot. 22 months of stage in new and used barrels of 400 and 700 liters. Full and opulent, perfumed with spicy notes, clay, red and black fruit, very complex, austere and elegant. Powerful but with velvety texture, very fresh acidity, long, seductive, but always serious and reserved.
