The wine was vinified in conical stem vats equipped with temperature control (25-28 ºC). Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Beautiful color with a vibrant, elegant and fresh fruit aroma with notes of wild berries and currant. Well cut and polished in the mouth, has a nice structure with a good volume of mouth some notes of very well integrated wood. It is an enveloping wine, but at the same time with a freshness and purity of fruit of note, which give it a charm of its own. It is ready to be consumed but has a good potential for bottle aging. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by varieties and lots, so from an early stage if you can maka a rigorous selection that will later give rise to the traditional blend of the old world, it reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines to later fill. Aging in oak casks between 14 to 18 months. Several plots of old vines, where more than 20 different varieties can be identified in some. Vineyards over 50 years old. Wine with good depth and aromatic complexity. Excellent integration of barrel notes. Good structure, firm but silky tannins. Very long. Garnet color with good intensity and depth. Aroma: Complex and deep, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruits surrounded by spicy notes that give it elegance. On the palate it has soft tannins involved by the fruit. Good aroma in the mouth. Excellent structure. Very long finish. Contains sulfites.
