Quinta do Gradil Colheita Tardia White
The grapes were harvested in early November in the early hours of the morning to maintain the aromatic freshness. The fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank at a temperature of 12ºC. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in a French oak barrels of 3rd use, until bottled. He remained in the bottle, on stage, for another 6 months, until he left for the market.

Casa das Gaeiras Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red
After the manual harvest and careful selection of the grapes, the fermentation took place in small stainless steel presses, with controlled temperature. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in new medium toasted French oak barrels. Intense ruby color, with deep and complex aromas, with red fruits, balsamic notes and dry tobacco leaf. In the mouth the omnipresent tannins are surprising, with their excellent integration in the acidity of the wine. Ends long and complex. Contains sulfites.
TERRENUS Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red
Manual harvesting, fermentation in wineries and oak vats. Prolonged 4-week maceration and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Stage of 20 months in barrels of Allier French Oak and 14 months in bottle. It has a dark garnet color, very intense and complex aroma, black fruit notes, balsamic and spicy aromas of the barrel. Palate with good structure, ripe and smooth tannins, good freshness, long persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Pedra Cancela Touriga Nacional Red
Total destemming, fermentation with some maceration in typical granite lagar, with temperature control at 24º C. Stage for 12 months in new and second use French oak barrels, 2 months in stage cellar. Forest fruits with an interesting exotic mineral touch. Fresh wine, mineral, fruits of the forest, with good balance. Pleasant, fresh feeling. Contains Sulfites.

Color of ruby. Intense aroma of black cherry, blackberry, plum, marmalade, rosemary, balsamic notes, black pepper, Mediterranean woodwind and Dutch pipe tobacco. Dense red ruby color with purple meniscus. A very intense aroma, with aromas of red fruit and black fruit and notes of spices and mocha. Notes of red and black fruit, good acidity, structure and great complexity. Tannins abundant, very fine, creamy palate from the fermentation in barrel. A steel handle on a velvet glove. Fermentation and maceration occurs in stainless steel with temperature control. 30% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, in the best conditions for stage. It has very intense notes of red and citrus fruit, complexed with nuances of vanilla. In the mouth, it is very fine and elegant, where fruity aromas are highlighted in a powerful and concentrated structure, with long and persistent end. Contains Sulfites.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in open press with controlled temperature. Dark ruby ??with a lot of shine, very complex aroma, mixed with several ripe wild fruits, rich palate and with a flavor of mint, spices and red fruits. Very elegant, with soft tannins, a persistent finish and an acidity that conveys freshness. Contains sulfites.
Poeirinho Garrafeira Red
It comes from several plots of old vines, some of which are centenary. Part of the wine was vinified in an open press, and another part in stainless steel vats, where it fermented and macerated for 4 weeks. The malolactic occurred in used 2500L vats, where it aged for 48 months. It was bottled without filtration. Shows a violet-toned color. Nose of enormous complexity, very expressive in the notes of red fruits, some spices and with a very fresh floral side. The purity of aromas and its enormous freshness are impressive. The limestone terroir vibrates in the aroma and enhances the elegance and finesse of the Baga variety. In the mouth, it is very fine, complex and extremely precise. Very polished and with excellent acidity, it shows very delicate tannins. Full of character, this Garrafeira has a fantastic balance. Refreshing but very long and thin aftertaste, it grows as you taste it. Elegant yet deep, Garrafeira will age very well in the bottle. Contains sulfites.

Ruby colored wine, very young. On the nose there are aromas of ripe black fruit, notes of pine and pine needles and nuances of truffle and moss. Subtly also appear the barrel notes, where the wine passed for 18 months. In the mouth, it is surprising for its freshness and firm tannin with claw, but refined. It is a wine with a good volume in the mouth, with a long and balanced finish. Contains sulfites.
Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

Horácio Simões Tradição Castelão Red
Fermented with loaf and film in stone mills, without temperature control. The pasta is pressed and this press wine is separated. Malolactic fermentation takes place after the mill leaves cement tanks. Stage in French oak barrels for 9 months later in 3 months in bottle. If stored in good condition has great possibilities to improve for a few more years. Present a violet red color with intense, fruity aroma, an excellent combination with French Oak wood. Taste round, soft and high concentration. End of middle mouth. Contains Sulfites.
Casal Santa Maria Bruma Red
The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
