Quinta dos Carvalhais Tinta Roriz Red

Ruby colored wine, very young. On the nose there are aromas of ripe black fruit, notes of pine and pine needles and nuances of truffle and moss. Subtly also appear the barrel notes, where the wine passed for 18 months. In the mouth, it is surprising for its freshness and firm tannin with claw, but refined. It is a wine with a good volume in the mouth, with a long and balanced finish. Contains sulfites.

Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc / Alvarinho White
Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. The history of the wines of the Casas do Côro begins with the purchase of old vineyards with more than 80 years in Marialva and evolves it by planting 9 hectares of the best white grape varieties. Marialva is a fantastic terroir at 600 meters altitude between Beira Interior and the Douro. With a common origin in the Beira interior, they share a passion for the land where they were born, for their traditions, smells and aromas, and continue to believe and bet heavily on a territory they consider unique. Casas de Côro Red Wine Reserve has a red color with lots of personality and character, fresh but vibrant and still very young and a bit wild. Expressive, almost "violent" with strong aromas of olive, cherry and grove, super sexy tannins, good acidity and very long end of the mouth. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Awarded and internationally renowned, Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé is a wine that has an excellent aging capacity that exceeds twenty years: a powerful, complex and well-sculpted wine showing aromas of floral, licorice and mineral touches.

Alcoholic fermentation in marble presses. Malolactic fermentation in concrete vats followed by aging for 1 year in new French oak barrels. Deep color, dark red and purple. Monólogo Avesso P67 is a monocasta wine produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa. Avesso is cultivated in the P67 plot, using sustainable agriculture practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a wine of strong character and body with marked and well incorporated acidity. Contains Sulfites.
