Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in new and used 400 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep in color, very complex and distinctive aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates with spicy notes, fresh from mint from very discreet wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high level tannins that give it a long finish.
