Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. Aging for 22 months in new French oak barrels. With a light profile, fragrant aroma and magnificent patine and texture, the Unique Red Concept has opened a new frontier on what can be expected from a Douro red. Contains Sulfites.

This wine from Marialva granitic soils, with its freshness, minerality and complexity conferred by its 600 meters of altitude, is the commitment of a new generation of two families who believe that even in a territory of effort, to do things well and without is the only valid recipe for a promising future in this double challenge of, with great passion, to combine hotel and wine in the spirit of the wise proverb: "you may, so you will!". Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Murças Margem, from the Douro region, staggered in barrels of 500Lts of used French oak for about 9 months. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Very intense and exuberant, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassia, balsamic aromas, such as the stew, and soft notes of spices from the used wood stage. Concentrated, it has very mature tannins that, together with its acidity, present but well wrapped, give it a sensation of volume, body and freshness. It has a very long and persistent finish, where the aromas of more mature fruits dominate, allowing to predict a great longevity. Contains Sulfites.
