Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection. They are destemmed and trodden on foot in a stone mill, where they ferment and later go to French oak barrels where they remain on stage for 32 months. Red wine with slight tinged hints. Expressive on the nose, with notes of black fruit, chocolate, licorice, rockrose and smoke. In the mouth, it is a very fat wine, of great persistence and freshness. Contains sulfites.

They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, followed by French oak barrels, where they ferment and stash. This wine is a batch of wines from several years. It presents an intense straw color. Aromas of bread, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine filled with layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness. Contains sulfites.

The grapes of the estate are located at low altitude with sun exposure from north to south, providing Ports and Douro wines intense, concentrated and full of character and elegance.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels gave rise to this wine. Opaque red, of great aromatic intensity, very concentrated and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit, black plum and blackberry, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth with fine and elegant tannins. Fruit-filled finish, surprisingly long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
Termes Red
It aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, in contact with its lees. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and traditionally squeezed, soaked for 25 days, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. Ruby red color with purple tones, intense notes, sweet and fresh of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red fruits. Complex, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. Contains sulfites.
Herdade Grande Colheita Selecionada Red
Night mechanical vintage. Total destemming followed by cold passage through a mass exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After fermentation 50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. Intense color and captivating nose, with notes of spices, earth and tobacco, in a rich base of black cherry, cassis and blueberry jam. Rich, round, juicy, in the mouth it offers black cherry, red fruits and subtle notes of caramel and sweet oak. The enormous classic structure of the tannin and firm acidity persist until a spicy finish. Contains sulfites.

Fermented with loaf and film in stone mills, without temperature control. The pasta is pressed and this press wine is separated. Malolactic fermentation takes place after the mill leaves cement tanks. Stage in French oak barrels for 9 months later in 3 months in bottle. If stored in good condition has great possibilities to improve for a few more years. Present a violet red color with intense, fruity aroma, an excellent combination with French Oak wood. Taste round, soft and high concentration. End of middle mouth. Contains Sulfites.
