100% Touriga Nacional grape variety. A special parcel in our Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Harvest by hand. Total destemming and decanting at low temperatures for 24h. The first fermentation happened in a stainless steel vat. An in-tank batonnage was followed for 3 months. The second fermentation followed the traditional method of fermentation in bottle, which was held in a cool cellar for 24 months. Light and refined salmon color. Delicate and engaging aromas of apricot, some tangerine and slight toast. Lovely harmony between acidity and structure. Fine bubble offering complexity and freshness. Creamy body with incredible depth. Will age beautifully in bottle. Contain sulfites.

Casa da Passarellla O Enólogo – Vinhas Velhas 3x Red
Dão wine, Casa da Passarella O Énologo - Vinhas Velhas, is born from a single vineyard with 80 years, so it is through it that we intend to assume the unique terroir of that parcel. The old vineyard is a set of vines of about 24 different grape varieties (including some white grape varieties, as was absolutely normal at the time) that, over the course of almost a century, have naturally adapted to that plot, in perfect harmony. The harvest is manual and done in one go, with the fermentation of the entire blend of grapes made in a traditional cement vat. As a result of the natural balance given by the vine, fermentation takes place spontaneously, without any need to correct the must. So we take over our terroir - with a minimalist wine in our cellar. Vinification in a cement vat with pre- and post-fermentative maceration. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels. It presents an opaque red color, aroma of red fruits with spicy notes. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Elemento Red
El3mento is born from a partnership between LuÃs Pedro Cândido da Silva and Carmelo Peña Santana, who since the university had a dream of joining the two heads and making a wine together. After 5 years, and many ideas shared, the first El3mento in the Douro was born, from a centuries-old vineyard 600 meters above sea level in the area of Barcos - Tabuaço. A spontaneous fermentation, with the whole bunch in clay pot, without temperature control and macerated for about 4 months. A risky process, taking into account the low levels of sulfur dioxide used, which will not be released every year due to its volatility. Contains sulfites.
Duorum Reserva Red
Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. This set, well wrapped in its large volume and body, confers a long and elegant finish, set for the Duorum profile.

DSF Coleção Privada Cabernet Sauvignon Red
Vinification in tanning at 28ºC, aging without wood. Ruby color, reveals all the potential of the variety in an intense, very harmonious and limpid way as it has no interference from the aging factor in wood. The predominant aromas are cassis, tomato leaf and graphite. Very long palate with tannins very present, the aromas found in the nose are also on the palate. Wine full of personality. Long end of test. Contains sulfites.
Joseph Drouhin Clos de Mouches Red
Manual harvest, in small open boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The maceration and winemaking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Maceration and fermentation temperatures under total control. Joseph Drouhin seeks full control of the extraction process; the extraction gives color and substance to a wine, but it should never be detrimental to its delicacy and typical character. An exceptional wine, deep ruby ??red in color, with the lively shine of the great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for young wines. The primary notes of red fruits dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry. There are notes of complexity with smoky flavors that evolve into licorice. When the wine is maturing, aromas of pepper, tobacco, humus and undergrowth appear. When drinking wine, the first impression is always crisp and the texture fleshy. The body is firm without being rough, well geared without being heavy. In younger wines there is great freshness. With age, wine becomes round. It acquires "gras" (velvety texture) and a more precise architecture, supported by silky tannins. It is alive and at the same time exquisite. A final and very pleasant sensation of harmony, fullness and delicate tannins remains, as the wine lingers on the palate. Contains sulfites.
Dow’s Vintage 2017 com Caixa Individual Ruby
Dow's Port is owned by the Symington family, which gas a tradition of Port making that dates back over centuries. Dow's Ports come from Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira: both estates were originally acquired by the company in the 19th century and today they produce some of the greatest wines in the Douro. Store this bottle lying down and decant before serving.
Martha’s Single Vat Vintage 2017 Ruby
2017 will be remembered for the very dry conditions, projecting this year to be one of the driest ever. The harvest was extraordinarily precocious, the grapes were, in general, exceptionally healthy and perfectly ripe, with very thick films, producing dense, very well structured and deep wines, showing great aroma reserves, with a pleasant mineral dimension which gives a touch of elegance and sobriety to the fruity, this very intense and powerful. It presents a dense, intense and opaque purple color. The nose is opulent, with notes of red fruits, spices and tobacco leaves. Delicate tannins with menthol notes. Excellent structure and balance. Contains sulfites.
QUINTA DO CÔTTO Vinha do Dote Red
Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva 3x Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration.
