Quinta do Gradil Colheita Tardia White
The grapes were harvested in early November in the early hours of the morning to maintain the aromatic freshness. The fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank at a temperature of 12ºC. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in a French oak barrels of 3rd use, until bottled. He remained in the bottle, on stage, for another 6 months, until he left for the market.

Escondido Red
A wine of little color intense, limpid and bright, without any sign of aging. Aromativ, dominated by spices and with wood still well present, in a background of ripe black fruit and chocolate, in an elegant and pleasant set. A wine of little extraction, who excels in elegance, despite being still too young, still with some astringency to score. Dry, good fruity, broad and very persistent, with intense, dry and slightly spicy finish, with a slight bitterness of the wood and a pleasant vegetable and menthol touch, with discrete but present black fruit.

Casa das Gaeiras Reserva Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes destemmed and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours. The clarified must fermented at controlled temperatures in French oak barrels. Citrine colored wine, with well-defined aromas marked by stone fruit notes and some complexity. The mouth is unctuous and structured, with lively and pronounced acidity. The finish is persistent and striking. Contains sulfites.
Casa das Gaeiras Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red
After the manual harvest and careful selection of the grapes, the fermentation took place in small stainless steel presses, with controlled temperature. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in new medium toasted French oak barrels. Intense ruby color, with deep and complex aromas, with red fruits, balsamic notes and dry tobacco leaf. In the mouth the omnipresent tannins are surprising, with their excellent integration in the acidity of the wine. Ends long and complex. Contains sulfites.

Manual winemaking, carefully selected and 100% destemmed in the cellar. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Ruby color, wood berries, complex aromas with refined mint notes. full-bodied palate, perfectly matched tannins in balance with its acidity showing promising development in the coming years. deep and long finish. 40% of the batch was fermented in new and used French oak barrels. The remainder fermented in stainless steel vats for 14 days. The wine fermented in barrels remained there for 7 months. A classic blend, with dried fruit and apricot from the French variety and citrus notes of orange and lemon from the Portuguese variety. Full body, discreet smoked, in a complex, intense and persistent, sophisticated and elegant set. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest on two different dates, so that all grapes are harvested with the ideal degree of ripeness. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and new French oak barrels (500 L), where the aging takes place for 6 months and with a very smooth battônage. Final batch with 45% barrel and 55% stainless steel. Delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, discreet fruit and sea air. The mouth is deep and wide, with good acidity and saline finish. Well integrated barrel, a organic wine with structure, volume and enormous elegance.

Total disengagement, static decantation and fermentation at 16ºC, for 2 weeks. From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, this 100% Chardonnay is born. This wine was aged for 24 months in French carvalho barrels, second and third use, on fine lees. From an open palm, it is a wine with aromas of sweetened baunilha and roasted nuts, presenting a high volume in the mouth, unctuous with a light mineral suggestion. Contains sulfites.
