Valle Pradinhos Touriga Nacional Red
Aged in new 500 liter oak barrels for 16 months. Very intense red in color with violet reflections. Intense aroma, showing its fruity, floral, spicy side and with a slight menthol contributing to its aromatic lightness. In the mouth, it is very elegant, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and solid structure, composed of fresh tannins with a fine texture. This Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva presents a very dense and very lively red color. It is an austere wine, but with a delicate and fine aroma. To the nose arrive oak notes of the stage in barrel, along with the black fruit. It has nuances of spices and a floral touch to harmonize the set. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced, with protected tannin to give structure and strength to the wine. In the aroma of the mouth are present all the notes that we find in the nose and that last in a long and persistent end. Contains Sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado White
Harvest by Hand. Grapes from a single vineyard of Encruzado grape variety, from the Ribeiro Santo Estate. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures for 24h. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 15ºC for 20 days. 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels for 4 months. Clear color, with green shades, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety Encruzado in a fresh and elegant way. Pear and white flower notes on the nose. With medium body on the palate, and good structure due to the barrel toast, balanced by the crispy acidity and the citric character. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc / Alvarinho White
Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. It accompanies very well grilled asparagus and vegetarian lasagne. Contains Sulfites.
