Quinta do Boição Reserva Arinto-Chardonnay Bruto White
Harvested early with 11.2% probable alcohol and total acidity at 6.5. Light pressing, static decantation for 48 hours at 8ºC, fermentation at 15ºC for 3 weeks. Stage for 12 months in contact with the yeasts. Citrine color, fine bubble, citrus aroma with some toasted notes. Full-bodied, smooth, creamy flavor with buttery nuances. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Boição Reserva Red
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28 ° C. Aging for 9 months in French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, predominant aroma of very ripe red fruits, fruits of the forest and nuances of spices and toast. In the mouth, it is fruity, soft, well structured and harmonious finish.
Casal Santa Maria Bruma Red
The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
