Stage for 12 months in contact with the yeasts. Citrine color, fine bubble, citrus aroma with some toasted notes. Full-bodied, smooth, creamy flavor with buttery nuances. Contains sulfites.

Medium intensity straw yellow color. Dried fruits, particularly walnuts in the basket, originate from the long stage. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. Soft and very well integrated.
