Total disengagement, static decantation and fermentation at 16ºC, for 2 weeks. From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, this 100% Chardonnay is born. This wine was aged for 24 months in French carvalho barrels, second and third use, on fine lees. From an open palm, it is a wine with aromas of sweetened baunilha and roasted nuts, presenting a high volume in the mouth, unctuous with a light mineral suggestion. Contains sulfites.

São Domingos Grande Reserva Red
Concentrated in color and with an intense nose, it reveals elegant notes of red fruits and toasted nuances, reminiscent of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is seductive and full-bodied, with the fruit present surprisingly fresh and the silky tannins revealing all the complexity of aging in barrels, providing a genuine and charismatic final set. Contains sulfites.
Florão Red
The grapes are harvested into small boxes and received in the property's cellar. Manual sorting is followed by destemming and gentle crushing, after which the grapes are transferred to fermentation vessels using a peristaltic pump. Fermentations are followed individually and temperatures and maceration movements are adjusted in order to maximize the potential of the grapes. Aging 50% of the batch aged for 6 months in third and fourth year 400L French oak barrels. The relatively fresh cycle of the year is reflected in the elegance and clarity of the aromas, which denote pine and eucalyptus and also notes of rose bush. It also reveals hints of raspberry and currant. In the mouth it is very fresh, with wild fruit flavors complemented by spicy notes from fine tannins, as well as cloves and nutmeg. Very pleasant right away, but it will improve a lot with another year or two of evolution in the bottle.
Pétalos Red
Traditional vinification with temperature control. Complete malolactic fermentation. Maturation for a few months in oak barrels at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Deep red wine of deep, elegant color and marked varietal character. With very ripe red and black fruits accompanied with intense and aromatic floral notes. Complex, minerality striking and smooth. It has a good attack of mouth, broad velvety and intense. Polished tannins and good acidity.
