Selective manual harvest in 25kg buckets. Gentle pressing of the whole bunch, with decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. Fermented by indigenous yeasts with temperature control. Internship in stainless steel vats. Cerca dos Frades, combines the freshness of Arinto dos Açores, the elegance of Terrantez do Pico and the fragrance of Verdelho, in a blend deeply marked by the volcanic origin of the soils, the proximity of the sea and the temperate Atlantic climate.
