Total disengagement, static decantation and fermentation at 16ºC, for 2 weeks. From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, this 100% Chardonnay is born. This wine was aged for 24 months in French carvalho barrels, second and third use, on fine lees. From an open palm, it is a wine with aromas of sweetened baunilha and roasted nuts, presenting a high volume in the mouth, unctuous with a light mineral suggestion. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. Intense garnet color. Complex, elegant, fruity aroma with chocolaty notes. Intense flavor with notes of plum jam. Contains sulfites.
