Intense citrus color with slight greenish tones. Complex and distinct aroma. Fruity, fresh, notorious mouth volume, elegant and harmonious. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Baga Magnum Red
Partial destemming, fermentation in small mills with mechanical steps. Adamus Aguardente Vínica Velhíssima 20 Anos
From the robustness of the classic Bairradino wines of the 90's, a lot with ideal physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics was selected under the Baga grape empire. The wine's youthfulness was taken advantage of and a carefully crafted distillation was started in discontinuous copper stills to allow the millennial chemical connection between copper and distillation. Old beds of national oak and Allier barrels of various types of grain and toast were selected as a resting bed, which were in a long stage of over 20 years in the family's old cellar. Here he was taking care of all necessary operations so that in the end with which conductor, everything mirrored perfection. Its personality is made of distinctive color, aromatic complexity, denotes evolution, softness, which highlights aromatic notes of toffee, confit fruit, allied to good notes of cigar boxes, balsamic and roasting, with a pleasant to the lingual touch, body elegant and with persistent notes that invade the palate. Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.

Grapes selected from the best plots of two properties of the Messias family – Douro and Bairrada. Manual individual harvesting, chosen berry by berry, followed by fermentation with indigenous flora in small presses without temperature control. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels. Bright looking wine with an intense ruby color. At the moment the wine mainly reveals its beautiful youth. However, the complexity is already beginning to be revealed by the notes of spices and very fine black fruit. Mouth with enormous structure and powerful tannins, they give it a long and very pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
Frei João Clássico Red
This wine originated in a plot of vines of the Baga variety, subject to very careful and rigorous cultural practices, taking into account the sensitivity of this variety. The grapes were hand-picked and carefully vinified with complete maceration, in a mill with a pneumatic crusher. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in 500 liter French oak barrels and then 12 months in a cement vat, benefiting from the thermal inertia of this, as has always been a tradition in our house, to guarantee the natural stability of the wine. It was bottled, without being subjected to any clarifying or stabilizing treatment, and then aged in the bottle for 3 years. Ruby color, very fine and elegant, with notes of resins, pine needles, black fruits, dried figs, hay and spices, typical of the variety and complexed by nuances of wood. In the taste, the freshness, structure and olfactory-gustatory persistence stand out. In the mouth, the same aromatic sensations of direct nasal olfaction are perceived. Tannins present but tamed. Very suitable for bottle aging. Contains sulfites.
Frei João Colheita Red
After manual harvesting, rigorous selection and total destemming, the grapes macerated for about a week in vats and presses with a pneumatic crusher at 27ºC. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for a long time in stainless steel and cement vessels. It was bottled after minimal clarification. Garnet color, complex aroma, with fruity, spicy, roasting and dry vegetable notes. Structured, fresh, full-bodied and long flavor. With tannins present but tamed. Contains sulfites.
