Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are unloaded into the membrane press, where they are crushed and the must is extracted. The bottles of sparkling wine go to the cellar to carry out the fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature and in the absence of light. After fermentation, the bottles are kept in the cellar, where they are staged until regrinding and degorgement are carried out without the addition of sugar, at which point the product is ready for commercialization.
