Quinta da Pellada Encruzado Late Release White
This Encruzado comes from a plot at 500 meters altitude of granitic soil with lines of clay. After pre-fermentation skin contact and static decantation, fermentation took place in barrels (500/600L) with 5 years of use. The aging was very long (late release) in barrels without battonage or sulfur addition. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.

Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with slight maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aging in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow color, floral aroma, citrus, with tropical nuances. Fresh, smooth and persistent palate. Light and fresh dry white Port. Excellent delicious and refreshing aperitif, ideal for hot days. Contains sulfites.
Marcos Hehn Riesling White
An elegant white, rich in character, with a very distinct flavor and aroma where peaches and apples predominate. Excellent balance and a strong mineral texture. Citrus yellow color. Fresh grapefruit notes with a chemical touch. Rich texture, with good persistence and freshness in the mouth. Limited edition of 1739 bottles. Contains sulfites.
Hehn Reserva Bruto White
Manual harvesting. Pressing whole grapes with separation of the first fraction of the must. Base wine fermentation after storing the must for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 17-20°C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Minimum 10 month aging on the lees. Medium intensity straw yellow color. Dried fruits, particularly walnuts in the basket, originate from the long stage. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. Soft and very well integrated. Contains sulfites.
Hehn Bruto White
The grapes, harvested in 20 kg boxes, were gently crushed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press, and the must was immediately pumped into stainless steel fermentation vats, where the fermentation of the base wine took place. The wine was then bottled and placed in a cool cellar for the second fermentation according to the classic method, after aging in the bottle, the “dégorgement à la glace” is carried out. It has a lemon yellow color. It shows delicate notes of peach and apricot supported by a citrus freshness and a smooth brioche. Very fresh and crunchy, fruity and elegant, leaving a delicate peach flavor in the mouth. Contains sulfites.
Lacrau Superior White
Hand picking, hand picking bunches. Pre-fermentation maceration followed by pressing. Static clarification, fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging on fine lees with battonage in barrels for 15 months. Straw color with good intensity. Complex and intense aroma reminiscent of stone fruits, flowers and spices. Dry palate, creamy attack, balanced acidity, good structure and very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Lacrau Sauvignon Blanc White
Fresh and delicate aroma with notes of citrus fruits, herb and green apple. Smooth texture, acidity and balanced minerality, giving green fruit to the mouth. Long and balanced finish. Complex with harmony. Total destemming. Pressing of whole grapes. Natural decantation at 10ºC. Fermentation under strict temperature control. Contains Sulfites.
