Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Awarded and internationally renowned, Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé is a wine that has an excellent aging capacity that exceeds twenty years: a powerful, complex and well-sculpted wine showing aromas of floral, licorice and mineral touches.
Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
Soalheiro 9% White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.

Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Quinta dos Murças Minas Red
Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Reserva Magnum White
Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex.
