After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine was divided, with half returning to the barrels and the other half maturing in new French oak barrels for 12 months, without resorting to mechanical processes, preserving the integrity and essence of the wine.

Traditional winemaking in a press, with foot treading, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels, both new and used, culminates in a period of maturation in the cellar for 6 months after bottling.

Harvested in September 2021, the Bastardo grapes fermented in a press, with 30% whole bunches and macerated for 15 days. The wine then aged in barrels for a year, developing delicate aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and austere freshness.

After the necessary early interventions during the growing season, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was partially aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottles for 2 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit. Clear wine, violet red, aromas of cherry, blackberry, spices and floral notes. Structured, balanced and voluminous, with a full body and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
