Casa da Passarella Enxertia Jaen Red
Grafting is born from the heterogeneity of the concept, since every year is different in edaphoclimatic conditions. From this differentiation, a wine was created based on the best behavior of the grape variety in the wine year. In the case of Casa da Passarella Enxertia Jaen, fermentation took place in a cement vat with spontaneous fermentation. 12 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. The entire stabilization process resulted from mininmalist and natural processes. It is an opaque red wine, spicy notes of black pepper with vegetables. It presents a great balance with easy tannins of great smoothness. Long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
Casa da Passarella A Descoberta Red
From the balance of more mature vineyards with more fresh vineyards, is born Casa da Passarella A Descoberta WIne Red. Coming from the Dão region, this wine is based on the traditional varieties Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Touriga Nacional. The winemaking takes place in a winery, where we intend to express the added value of our terroir. In this sense, one of the measures we take are the fermentations that occur with the selected yeast in our vineyards, a tradition of the house that dates back several decades. The stage is made in traditional cement tanks, and a small percentage in used barrels. Contains Sulfites.
Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration.

Quinta da Falorca Tradicional Blend Red
Quinta da Falorca Traditional Blend is produced with 33% Touriga Nacional, 28% Rufete, 21% Jaen, 12% Alfrocheiro and 6% Tinta Roriz. It was aged in French oak and stainless steel barrels. It is a very aromatic and tasty red, which has a medium body and soft tannins in the mouth. It has great aging potential. Contains sulfites.
Mob Vinha Senna Red
It comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in mills and stainless steel tanks with little extraction and low temperatures. It staged for 12 months in oak barrels with 30% new and the rest used. It is a wine of beautiful violet color without being opaque; has an intense and complex aroma, full of character and delicacy. In the mouth, it has a strong presence, but is very fresh and smooth. A seductive darn velvety texture and great depth that will grow immense in the bottle in the coming years. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes were vinified respecting all their nature, vinification was done by hand, without pump, natural and minimal yeast extraction. Quinta da Pellada Jaen is very intense and bright colors. The aroma shows great complexity, with aromas of plums and red fruits. Very elegant on the palate with great structure, firm fresh and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation with long and gentle maceration to extract the maximum potential from these varieties. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of this wine aged for 9 months in French oak barrels - Allier, the remaining 50% in stainless steel. Ruby color, aroma of red fruits and chocolate, well matched with the elegant aroma of wood. Smooth and elegant body, good tannins, wild fruits and a remarkable complexity and persistence. Cabriz Vinho LIcoroso Ímpar
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. Crystalline appearance and greenish topaz color. Complex, predominant in dried fruits, candied orange peel, exotic woods and roasted cereal. Unctuous, distinct freshness and long persistence. At leisure, to accompany roasted red meats, structured cheeses, various sweets and tropical fruit. Very limited production of 1000 bottles and numbered. Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC followed by interruption of fermentation with addition of wine spirit. Contains sulfites.
QUINTA DAS MAIAS Red
MAIAS wine comes from the Quinta das Maias property, in organic farming, which is located at about 600 meters of altitude in the foothills of Serra da Estrela. The name derives from the yellow broom that covers the slopes of the mountain and here they are called «Mayas» because they bloom in the month of May.
The wines are characterized by the freshness of grapes from vines planted at altitude and by sandy granite-based soils.
This wine has as main grape varieties Jaen and Touriga Nacional, two of the best grape varieties in the Iberian Peninsula. The combination of these two grape varieties presents aromas of blackberries and sloes in perfect balance with the fresh and subtle texture.
Quinta dos Roques Reserva Red
Deep color and perfectly clear, with fruity aroma of great elegance, reminiscent of wild berries and pine needles, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. The palate is vibrant, with the astringency of youth. The blance of alcohol, acidity, body and tannins makes it possible to anticipate a remarkable aging.

Clear of intense ruby color. It shows some reflexes of fine red. It presents a long and authentic ending, according to its tradition. Classical vinification, fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 5 to 6 days. Stage 4 years in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in Allier Fino and 5 months in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Red
Ruby color of medium intensity, youthful hue. Aromatically striking with floral notes of violet, notes of forest fruits and balsamic character, typical of Dão. Soft vanilla hints from the barrel aging. The fruit profile is present in the mouth tasting, fine texture tannins balanced by excellent natural acidity. Finished balanced and gastronomic. Quinta das Camélias Garrafeira Red
It has a deep grenada color, a very complex and improved aroma, revealing notes of plum and ripe blackberry with light raisins, dried fruits and fine spices of cinnamon and cloves married to soft balsamic notes. It is demonstrated with well designed volume, very balanced and harmonious, with silky and firm tannins. Reveals high fineness and exquisite bouquet with long persistence. It should be consumed on 16th-18th to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses.

Cabeço do Mocho Grande Escolha Red
Cabeço de Mocho Great Selection is the result of the excellent combination of the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. Features a deep ruby color with red nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, showing mature notes of cherry and black aroma, harmonized with expressions of fresh vanilla and a slight nuance to cloves. In the mouth it is a full and round, well muscled with the presence of educated tannins. Demonstrates finesse, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. Should be served at 16-18ºC, accompanied with dishes of red meats and strong cheeses. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 8 days. Stage 6 months in French oak and American toast medium. Contains Sulfites.

After aging in stainless steel tanks for a period of 10 years, it is ruby in color with brownish hues, typical of its age. The fresh, complex aroma, with notes of dry pine needles, recalls the typicality of these varieties planted in the Dão region, also revealing an excellent structure, fine tannins and a long and persistent finish. Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are destemmed and slightly crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration for 10 days. A wine that impresses with its extraordinary freshness and complexity, with notes of wild berries, pine, resin, licorice, coffee and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, a wine with a very solid structure, rich and fresh, with silky tannins.

Grapes carefully selected from 8 parcels: Parcela Major - Touriga Nacional 30%, Parcela Vinha dos Amores - Touriga Nacional 20%, Parcela Rachadouro - Tinta Roriz 10%, Parcela Alminhas - Jaen 10%, Parcela Alto dos Amores - Alfrocheiro 7.5 % , Parcela Matinha - Alicante Bouschet 7.5 %, Parcela Alagoa - Tinto Cão 7.5 % and Parcela Casal Sancho - Alfrocheiro 7.5 %. Intense garnet color with slight brownish tones. Intense and complex aroma, with high quality tertiary notes. It also presents spicy and dried fruit notes. It comes from the three vineyards located Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with soft extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking. From the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz and Jaen grapes we have prepared this lot. Fermented in stainless steel, the temperature controlled, following 12 months of stage in used French oak barrels. Intense and fine aroma with notes of ripe fruit and forest. Quinta da Pellada Alto Red
The Quinta da Pellada Alto was aged for 28 months in French oak use room. This is one of a trio of wines, this issue that owner Álvaro Castro has issued with old style labels as an exercise in terroir. This is a field mix of the highest plot (although in less than 10 meters - the differences are more in the soil); The House is the "most exposed" corner, with a different kind of soil; and the "49" is the middle pack. Its elegance makes it look lighter, but it is much more concentrated than the first taste would suggest. It has excellent fineness of the middle palate, full of flavor, well rolled and beautifully constructed.

"With grapes buying small parcels I make 1/2 barrels of wine and one of these wines is called the Golden Tooth, because the woman who sold me has a golden tooth." Quinta da Pellada Dente D'Ouro spent 16 months in used French oak barrels. The wine is composed of several native grape varieties, mainly Jaen and Baga. The grapes come from a very old vineyard with vineyards, which are between 80 and 100 years old. It is very important for Alvaro Castro to show that it is indeed possible to revive the tradition of blends of native fields and vines in his Dao area. The wine shines with ruby red with violet nuances. It shows a beautiful fresh and mineral scent, thin and incredibly complex, with notes of blackberry and plum. On the palate, a medium concentration, blueberry aromas, notes of spices and some earthy notes, plus unlikely silky tannins, absolutely attractive. A light red wine, elegant and very fresh, juicy, with mineral notes and berries, at a long, deep and very thin finish. Wonderfully multi-layered and with elegant precision. Simply sublime!
