Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Soalheiro Reserva Magnum White
Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex.

Herdade das Servas Reserva White
After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Clear wine, straw color, aromas of apricot, lime and peach, with notes of toast from the barrel. Fresh, unctuous and structured, with notes of citrus, toasted barrel and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.
