Crystalline appearance and greenish topaz color. Complex, with predominant notes of dried fruits, candied orange peel, exotic woods, and toasted cereal. Unctuous, with distinct freshness and long persistence. Perfect for leisure moments, pairing with roasted red meats, structured cheeses, various desserts, and tropical fruit. Very limited production of 1000 numbered bottles. Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC followed by fermentation interruption with the addition of wine brandy. Contains sulfites.
