Lothian Vineyards Chardonnay White
Harvested by hand with maximum ripeness. The fruit was pressed together with a period of contact with the skin. The fermentation was initiated in stainless steel with ambient yeast. The fermentation juice was changed by a selection of French barrique, followed by a period of battonage to strengthen the middle palate of the wine. Nine months of ripening of the barrel in the fine lees have enriched the wine and increased the wealth. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered to preserve its integrity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the nose exudes ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and slices of pineapple. The clean and refreshing acidity supports the ripe yellow fruit, complexed with vanilla bean spice and oat texture. Contains Sulfites.
Chocapalha Reserva White
Fermentation took place during 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine staged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, during 9 months, with "batonnage". Great intensity of color, it presents an excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant wine, fresh and with a long finish of mouth. Contains Sulfites.

José Rodrigues evoked the gods and was inspired in Bacchus to involve this great Millésime da Murganheira, selected to celebrate the Silver Biennial - 2001 and perpetuate the lived memory of the Douro, in a very rich stimulus for the senses. Colored Champagne Straw. Very fruity aroma, vanilla and red fruits. Taste strongly of nuts with remarkable persistence. Contains sulfites.

With the passing of the millennium was launched this great Cuvée made with grapes of the Chardonnay variety, rigorously selected. A toast to two thousand years of civilization, illustrated by the artistic genius of Armanda Passos. With pale straw color, fruity aroma (vanilla and apricot) and a fresh buttery flavor. Little intense yellow color. Beautiful bubbles and refined. The aromas are guided by apple macerated fruits, freshly cut fresh herbs and some sweet pastries. The flowers on the right appear to be intensely fresh and complete. refreshed creamy foam. Again large amounts of macerated fruit with a sweet taste of light floral and biscuits. It ends with medium persistence.

Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.

Messias Milésime Grand Cuvée Bruto White
Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.
Catarina White
Pale yellow in color, it is very delicate, elegant, mineral and floral. In the mouth these impressions are completed with notes of yellow fruit, such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle sensations of toasted wood, presenting a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish. Contains sulfites.
