Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.

Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region.
