Juvé Y Camps Milesimé Reserve White
Milesimé is a Brut Reserve, made from the free juice of Chardonnay grapes, grown in the vineyards on our estate Espiells. This cava is a beautiful golden color with a superb mousse. The numerous streams formed by its very fine bubbles, rise up regularly to maintain an enduring abundance and crown. The aroma is complex, elegant and intense. Almost immediately evokes the fleshy fruit flavors (peach and melon) and lactic notes. Gradually, its aroma develops, gaining intensity and, above all, complexity. In it you can distinguish notes of honey, grapefruit and toast. It is lush on the palate. Its intense friendly effervescence fills the mouth with a magnificent creaminess. With a remarkable ointment, its texture in the mouth is strong and fresh. This splendid cava has a long lasting aromatic finish. Contains sulfites.

Of great authenticity, it truly expresses the essence of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aged for at least 4 years, Haton Brut Nature has a golden yellow color with a perfect shine, superb effervescence of delicate bubbles forming a creamy flow. The aroma of this Champagne is complex and elegant, with a strong emphasis on stone fruits (white peaches) and citrus (grapefruits and lemons) with a brioche finish and notes of almond, toasted hazelnut and orange peel. The palate is well balanced and full-bodied with a fine consistency revealing notes of quince jam and candied apricots. The finish is fresh and long. Contains sulfites.
Haton Blanc de Blancs White
Haton Blanc by Blancs Brut is a “top of the range” Champagne that reflects the complexity and elegance of an excellent, carefully selected Chardonnay. Aged for at least 4-6 years, Haton Blanc de Blancs reveals a pale golden color with a wide, continuous bead of fine bubbles. Floral and refined, this Champagne brings to you aromas of rose and acacia flower. With aeration, citrus fruits (mandarin orange), cinnamon, some notes of dried flowers, roasted coffee and a touch of toast illustrate the perfect maturity of the wine. Contains sulfites.
Haton Réserve Brut White
Haton Réserve is a champagne with a well-balanced blend of three grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). It is a cuvée that reflects all the knowledge of the Maison de Jean-Noël Haton. Aged for at least 3 years, Haton Réserve opens with a straw yellow color with a beautiful shine and fine, abundant bubbles. The aromas of this Champagne envelop you in delicate fragrances of white peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom, followed by notes of hazelnuts and sweet spices. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, with an excellent aftertaste of fresh fruit. A complex Champagne that offers an aftertaste of great persistence. Contains sulfites.

Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.
Messias Blanc de Blancs White
The unique characteristics in the grapes of the Chardonnay grape variety led to the inevitability of the production of this sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs of yellow color and medium intensity, fine bubble and persistent cord. The aroma proves to be delicate, where citrus notes are enveloped by the complexity of the "sur lies" basement stage recalling toasted bread and almonds. Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Chardonnay Bruto Red
Pale gray pink color. Predominantly mineral aroma, with strong nuances of red fruit and bread notes. This sparkling wine with a fine bubble and sparse sparkling, shows a delicate mousse with a mild stimulus, reminiscent of cherries, strawberries and biscuits. Crunchy acidity, giving lightness to Boal. Contains sulfites.
Frei João Colheita White
Frei João White made with grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel vats at 16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 2 months. Citrus yellow color, intense aroma of fresh fruits with white pulp, citrus and flowers, complexed with subtle mineral nuances. It is distinguished by its excellent taste freshness and beautiful aroma. Contains sulfites.
