Careful vinification begins with a rigorous thinning of bunches, ensuring limited production to maximize quality. Manual harvesting and meticulous selection in 15 kg boxes precede alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel lagares, followed by a 23-month aging period in new French oak barrels. The final batch is a careful selection of the best barrels.
Furtiva Lagrima Tinto (or Fvrtiva Lagrima) offers a penetrating aroma of black fruit, with balsamic and spicy notes, complemented by a harmonious integration of barrel notes. In the mouth, it reveals itself to be voluminous and concentrated, with polished tannins and a persistent elegance, culminating in a delicate and long finish. All the grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on a mat of choice and trodden in lagares where they ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures from 22ºC to 27ºC. It is rarely bottled on its own because it has no structure capable of withstanding aging in the bottle. Relieve an intense fruity, in the mouth press for harmony. It aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, in contact with its lees. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and traditionally squeezed, soaked for 25 days, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. Ruby red color with purple tones, intense notes, sweet and fresh of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red fruits. Complex, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. Contains sulfites.
