From Dão, Casa da Passarella Enxertia Alfrocheiro arises from the heterogeneity of our encepting. Every year they are different in the soil-climatic conditions. From this differentiation we decided to create a wine based on the best behavior of the grape variety in the wine year. Based on this philosophy, we feel free to choose the best reflected caste each year. We inaugurated this reference with the Alfrocheiro of the year 2011. The fermentation took place in a vat of spontaneous fermentation. Stage of 12 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. The whole process of stabilization resulted from minimalist and natural processes. Contains Sulfites.

Crochet is a four-handed wine that faithfully translates the colossal and untamed spirit of the Douro. A wine made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a relationship of deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a sensitivity and visions similar to what the Douro can and can offer. Two winemakers who joined efforts to produce this Douro wine that brings together the feeling and the common experience of many harvests together and separated. Manual fermentation in 15 kg boxes with strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel with post fermentation maceration. Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second year. Red color retinta. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.

Wine of intense ruby color, with young fruity aroma and nuances of wild fruits mixed with chocolate and toasted wood. In the mouth it is young, sofr, with some acidity and freshness. It is a full-bodied and powerful wine that fills the palate with intense aromas of spices and red fruits that the stage harmoniously joined. Contains Sulfites.

Beautiful and deep violet color; frank and intense aroma with the usual combination of ripe fruit and floral so characteristic of the great Douros. Generous and very seductive, the La Rosa Reserva red 2013 is a wine full of flavor and personality, but without excesses. The volume of the mouth is balanced and has soft tannins and almost imperceptible wood. The finish of the mouth is very long, making it appear a soft fruit complex and almost endless. Some of the grapes were subjected to the traditional process of milling, while the rest were vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly. After the malolactic fermentation, all the wines were transferred to French Allier oak barrels where they remained for 18 months. 60% staged in new barrels, 40% in used barrels. Quinta do Vallado Reserva Field Blend has a very concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak, fig and blackberry, tobacco. Flavor very full-bodied, fleshy with ripe and round tannins. The finish is elegant, mineral, very persistent and complex. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest and then transported in pallets. Maceration in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC. Aging for 9 months in new and used French oak casks. This Reserve has a ruby color, aromas of black and ripe fruit, as well as elegant floral aromas in perfect harmony with the oak notes. It is very harmonious in the mouth, good acidity and ends with fruity notes and toasted at the end of the mouth. A beautiful red wine when young, and leaves no doubt about its ability to age and grow in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.

The nobility of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, associated with the soil and the micro-climate gave this wine personality and unique character. Deep ruby color. The grapes, from our Quinta da Cabreira, in - Douro Superior, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. It aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 16 months. With a rich ruby color, with an excellent aromatic expression that surprises on the nose for the intense floral notes, well integrated with aromas of ripe wild fruits and fine spice. In the mouth it starts in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine of great seriousness, where we find a compact structure, with fine texture tannins. Finishes elegant and with excellent presence.
