Each plot was hand-harvested and vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and programmed pumping over. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were racked into 225-liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the rest were second or third fill. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild berries, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with plenty of fruit and enveloping tannins. Long and very fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
