Titan of Douro Fragmentado Red

Titan of Douro Fragmentado Red Blend I is a celebration of Douro winemaking, born from century-old vines planted at altitudes between 750 and 850 meters. This wine showcases a surprising acidity, derived from poor and rugged soils made of schist and granite. With notes of black fruit, chocolate, licorice, rockrose, and smoke, it expresses a striking aromatic complexity.
The winemaking process involves traditional foot treading in stone vats and aging in French oak barrels, resulting in a full-bodied and persistent wine. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and velvety texture, offering a rich and lasting experience.
Perfect to pair with game, sausages, and traditional roasts, this wine shines best when served between 16 and 17°C. Limited production makes Titan of Douro Fragmentado Red an exclusive choice for connoisseurs of fine wines.
