Montes Claros Garrafeira Red
Montes Claros with the designation “Garrafeira” was elaborated from a preview of old vineyards installed in shale soils, with strict control of grape production per hectare and monitoring of the evolution of maturation in each caste and specific field. This process involved, in particular, the associated winemakers, who were extremely cared for for the production of extra quality grapes. Upon arrival at the cellar the grapes were smoothly crushed with total disgust, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, with moderate mechanics, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in 1st use of 1st use of French, American and Brown Oak, which followed a 12 -month internship in the same barrels. After slight filtration, the traffic jam and a final stage of 30 months in a bottle occurred. Clear appearance and color grenade with depth. Good aromatic intensity, highlighting the notes of red fruits in jam, coffee, chocolate and spices. Soft flavor, with fruity freshness, excellent structure, slight expert and toasted astringency, with wild but soft and full -bodied tannins. Very prolonged fat end, with balance, elegance and persistence.
Esporão Torre Red
Aged for 18 months in new barrels and second-use barrels, with a capacity of 500 liters of French oak and 5000 liter vats. At least 3 years of aging in the bottle followed. Dense almost opaque. Complex and concentrated aroma with hints of blue berry fruit combined with hints of bitter chocolate liqueur, licorice and some fresh mint. Very well integrated spice and barrel notes. In the mouth it is deep, compact, creamy, dense and precise, with a satin texture, long finish and full of character .

Segredo 6 Old Vineyards Magnum Red
The best kept secret of Francisco Costa, better known in the football world as 'Costinha', and António Boal, from Costa Boal Family Estates, a red from old Trás-os-Montes vineyards and named 'Segredo 6'. A 3.5 hectare plot in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes. This was a wine that aged in new French oak barrels (500 liters) for 16 months, and another year in the bottle. But it still has "great potential" for aging. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in granite presses, 10 days. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel. This wine is an overview of our capabilities, and a true sensory experience based on the principle of exposing natural flavors, with little intervention. It was made from grapes from our three main farms, and with various varieties, of which Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro stand out, from some very old vines and others more recent.

Purple and quite deep color, very complex and distinct aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates with spicy, fresh mint notes from the very discreet wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high-level tannins that give it a long aftertaste.
Castello D’Alba Superior 3x Red
Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Stage for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very smooth and well-ripened tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish.
Herdade do Peso Parcelas Red
Grapes from plot 21 of Alicante Bouschet. After de-stemming, the berries are hand-picked before crushing. 30% stems were added to the must to give more complexity and structure, which accompanied the entire fermentation. Before fermentation in stainless steel trunk-conical vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, maceration takes place at 10ºC for 3 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in 3000 liter French oak barrels for 12 months. The final blend is made only from the best wood and continues to age in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Ruby red color. Great aromatic complexity, dominated by ripe red fruit, black figs and peppers. It is a wine with strength and very fresh. It reveals a powerful and very well designed mouthfeel, it is long and the tannins are strong but silky. Contains sulfites.
Herdade do Peso Revelado Red
Vinified from grapes from selected plots. After maturation tests, the grapes were harvested at their optimum ripeness point. After total stemming and gentle crushing, maceration and fermentation took place, with pumping over in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, for around 12 days. We thus obtained intense, elegant wines with an expression of the place. After malolactic fermentation, the wines aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months. It was subjected to light filtration before bottling. In order to preserve its quality, it was bottled without cold stabilization treatment, which may cause deposits to form during aging in the bottle. Bright red color. Attractive aroma with notes of currant, black plum and mustard seeds. In the mouth it is fresh, very complete and elegant. It has present and fine tannins, very well integrated. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Intense ruby color. Deep and complex aroma. Ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes and hints of tobacco stand out. Nose with great precision. Greedy attack, very fragrant in the mouth, silky tannins, ample, balanced acidity and a very long finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were fermented in granite vats with foot treading, stainless steel vats and new 500l French oak barrels. Each of these types of fermentation gives the wine a particular style. After aging for 19 months in barrels, we form the batch and carry out a light gluing prior to bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Deep ruby color, aroma Intense, complex and deep, developing in layers. Red fruits, bushy notes and spices. Soft attack, full-bodied, burst of fruit. It shows all its splendor in the mouth. Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in granite presses using foot treading. Subsequently, the wine aged in French oak barrels for 19 months. After the batch is formed, we carry out a light gluing and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. All our wines are sealed with natural cork. The wines are neither filtered nor stabilized by the cold, so they can give rise to a precipitate with age. Contains sulfites.

Classic traditional winemaking. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 6 days followed by gentle maceration. 11 months aging in French oak. Deep red color. Very elegant and fine aroma, with hints of wild berries and slight nuances of spices that harmonize this wine and give it complexity. Quinta da Oliveirinha Grande Reserva has a dense and deep ruby color. Manual harvest for 12 kg boxes. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and light crushing. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After pressing, the wine is transferred to 500L French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for another 10 months. Deep ruby color. Aroma dominated by fruit, ripe cherry and fresh plum, in perfect balance with light toasted notes from aging in wood. The fine, well-polished tannins give rise to a structured and velvety mouthfeel, marked by elegance. Long and juicy finish.

Mechanical harvest at night. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 16ºC through a mass exchanger. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48h. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Concentrated ruby color, intense aroma of red and forest fruits in a smooth and harmonious set. Round and balanced mouth proof. Caldas Vinhas Velhas Red
Manual harvest. Total destemming. Fermentation with temperature control. 3 days of maceration. Aging for 14 months in second and third year French oak barrels. ruby color. Aromas of blackberries, violets, pine bark and dark chocolate. Very elegant, complex and enveloping mouth, with black plums and very fine notes of coffee. Great class and elegance. Long finish. Tapada de Coelheiros Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Originating from the family-owned wineries in Serralunga d'Alba (Ornato and Colombaro), Sinio (Val di Croce), Diano d'Alba and Treiso (Bongiovanni) and since the 2015 harvest from the recently acquired Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) .Vinificado in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20-25 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in small barrels. Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without the use of pumps. Minimum intervention winemaking. It aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle. It presents a fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture.
