The grapes are harvested by hand. Stalking and crushing are followed by injection of cooling and inert gas. Free juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC. Pale color with translucent reflections. Pointed notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Palate complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse that offer notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.

Currently, Chateau Miraval is the summer residence of Angelina Jolie, who dedicates the place to the arts/music, cinema, theater and wine production. Since 2012, a partnership has been established with the Perrin Family, which is responsible for viticulture, winemaking and wine distribution. One of the main wine producing families in France, the Perrins are experienced in producing classy wines. On the property, vines are grown on terraces and production is 100% organic, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemicals that could affect the evolution of the fruit and wine.
A pale pink wine. Its aromas show a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes. The palate is complete with notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, citrus fruits and wet stone flavors. It has a refreshing acidity thanks to the altitude of the vineyards and a long vibrant finish.

Rock Angel Côtes de Provence Rose

Grapes are selected from vines that grow from parcels of superior quality. The best quality lots bearing old vines consisting primarily of Grenache, Vermentino and Syrah. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. Optical grape sorting. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. 90% free run juice. 10% first slight pressing. No maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in new and second year demi-muids (600L Barrels). 10 months burgundian style " Bâtonnage" twice weekly. Individual barrel temperature control. Contains sulfites.
