Manual harvest. Manual bunch selection. De-stemming and light crushing of the grapes. The grapes fermented in 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeage. After a 19 month stage in barrels, we performed a light rake and subsequent bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Deep, intense red colour. Deep, complex aroma. Fruity notes of red and black mature fruits, spiced notes and tobacco hints are prominent. The nose is precise. Greedy attack, very fragrance in the mouth, smooth tannins, balanced acidity and a very long finish. Contains sulfitos.
